1. Clinical Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our upscale private clinic in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of front desk and administrative duties, providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Job Position: Clinical Assistant / Customer Service Representative / Front Desk Officer / Office Receptionist / Clinical Coordinator.

Location:

4th-B Road, Satellite Town. Rawalpindi.
Position: Full-Time (Females Only)

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred in Psychology, Marketing, Administration, Management, BA, Hospitality, Medical, or a related field.
  • BS is the minimum requirement.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer use
  • Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or mental health facility is preferred
  • Fluency in English.

office assistant/ receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

2. Admin Executive

Record transactions and data entry
Assist in preparing financial reports.
working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
Ensuring all payment amounts & records are accurate.
Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies

  • Coordinate with the operations department to collect and verify expense data
  • Processing reimbursement forms
  • Maintain and update consignee payment ledgers, vendor’s ledgers, invoicing and other data entry
  • Maintain and update payment tracker.
  • Organize business meetings with clients
  • Maintain office stationery in stock
  • Make arrangements of Flight bookings, hotel bookings, car bookings for the top management Provide administrative support to CEO & COO
  1. Procurement of all other office related items.
  2. Maintain personal files of the Chairman, CEO and COO,
  3. Coordinate with Vendors for all repair and maintenance-related work
  4. Keep a database of all vendors for smooth administrational work
  5. Make sure that all the procurement is cost effective.
  6. Make sure the office is properly cleaned and is in good condition all the time.
  7. Outdoor visits to banks and other places as and when required.
  8. Must maintain proper documentation of all work.
  9. Maintenance of Vehicles.
  10. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 – Rs55,000.00 per month
