1. Compliance Analyst (India)
Elevate is recruiting a Compliance Analyst (Contractual role) who will work with members of Elevates Compliance and Legal Operations Team to support the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of legal operations supporting the area of compliance for a leading organization. This is a highly visible position with growth opportunities.
Specifically, the Compliance Analyst will
- Review documentation for customer accounts, evaluates high-risk accounts, and analyzes customer processes and policies.
- Participate in meetings with the customer from time to time.
- Support periodic and specific reporting requirements.
- Handle various compliance programs, including third party due diligence review, Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, conflict of interest, name screening, PEP and PIP check for global customers.
Skills for Success
- Strong Know Your Customer, third party due diligence processing knowledge.
- Compliance process improvement experience.
- Experienced managing data and metrics reporting.
- Possesses Excel, Outlook, and Smartsheet knowledge. Should be understand Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
- Has experience in legal workflow technology tools.
- Have experience working with Due Diligence programs.
- Experience creating technical compliance workflows and detailed playbooks.
- Can identify and implement cost-saving measures.
- Able to assist in developing and implementing processes to mitigate risks.
- Able to support new compliance technology implementations.
- Knowledge of FCPA, UK bribery Act, and SEC compliance policies.
- Preferably having knowledge of FCPA, UK bribery Act, and SEC compliance policies.
Experience:
3 years’ experience in KYC, name screening, customer due diligence, market abuse or compliance.
Supporting various compliance programs, including third party due diligence review, Sarbanes Oxley, conflict of interest, and gifts & entertainment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Law preferable).
