1. Content Associate

As a content writer, you’ll be responsible for creating authentic and strategic content tailored to meet the unique requirements of our clients. This involves comprehending our clients’ offerings and articulating its features, benefits, use cases, etc., in a language and tone as required by the client. Your words will need to captivate audiences and also align seamlessly with the business goals and subject matter expertise of our clients. You will be required to work with multiple clients in cohesion with internal teams and brainstorm ideas.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business, technology offering, demonstrating a deep understanding of their requirements
  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content across various platforms
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and to align content with broader marketing objectives
  • Communicate effectively with clients and present them with content ideas and strategies with confidence and professionalism
  • A thorough understanding of various forms of content (e.g. blogs, web content, video scripts, whitepapers, SEO articles).
  • Expertise in tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Gmail, Grammarly, Google Docs.
  • A good quality laptop (i5 or above) and uninterrupted high-speed (broadband) internet

Ideal Profile

  1. A Graduate / Post-graduate in any discipline
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Proven experience as a Content Writer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content pieces
  4. Proficiency in SEO, Gen AI, and an understanding of user behavior
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  6. Has a good quality laptop (i5 or above) and uninterrupted high-speed (broadband) internet

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content management for all Ideabrew Studios’ shows
  • Onboarding new partners and overlooking content transfer & processing
  • Coordinating with the programming team and studios for sourcing collaterals required for processing content
  • Creating an operational schedule for processing content to meet deadlines
  • Working closely with all teams monitoring schedules for new launches, upcoming shows and concurrent deliveries
  • Networking with the tech team, understanding new features released in CMS, implementing in daily operations and providing feedback for the same
  • Ensuring all records are updated as per the protocol and updated on a day to day basis
  • Vendor management
