1. Customer Sales Specialist
Excellent command of English Grammar and efficient typing skills
· Responsible for taking inbound and closing inbound sales calls.
· Ability to convince customers to retain his/her order
Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, Live Chat, or social media
Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Your job is to answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, email replies on tickets and handle live chats efficiently.
Requirements
- Competitive, positive, humble energetic, enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and ambitious.
- 1+ year of experience in an International call center as Sales Closer
- Minimum Graduation
- ·Should be a good customer service worker who knows how to deal with potential customers

Responsibilities
- Handle Queries, Requests, and Complaints from customers tactfully.
- Follow standard processes and procedures when it comes to providing the solution.
- Provide Customer service at every interaction, ensuring end-to-end resolution by taking complete ownership of the customer in every transaction.
- Achieve superior customer engagement and ensure a significant improvement in customer experience.
- Must be able to overcome objections and handle customer pushback.
Qualifications
- A-Levels/Intermediate
- Natural instinct to empathize with users
