1. Data Entry Specialist

Ropstam is looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist (Remote) with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage large volumes of data.

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and entering data in our databases and maintaining accurate records of company information.
  • Handling and maintaining data across multiple systems and websites.
  • Analysis of data and preparing reports as required.
  • Using advanced Excel features to improve data handling.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks assigned as needed by the team.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines with high accuracy.


Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or Bachelors.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data entry.
  3. Advanced MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, data validation, macros, power queries, automation; Excel certification is a plus)
  4. Experience with data management software such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and/or Airtable.
  5. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to new software and tools.
  6. Efficient time management, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.


Other Details:

Remote Job (Islamabad/Rawalpindi)
EST hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
Complete 40 hours every week.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 – Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

2. Data Entry Operator (Female)

We need female data entry operators to work remotely from home.

The candidate must meet the following requirements.

1:- Should have own reliable computer and good Internet connection.
2:- Must have basic knowledge of MS office.
2:- Must be loyal, confident, punctual and hard working
3:- Keep customer information secure. Must be computer friendly and have good typing and bowing skills.
4:- Must be ready to work long term. This is not short term job.
5:- Highly focused and dedicated nature towards work.
6:- Ability to learn and adopt and have good communication skills.

Fresh/Experienced can apply. Free training will be given and demo will be provided before start.
Main job responsibilities includes

1:- Maintain the amazon seller central account.
2:- Take given information and enter it into the website.
3:- Enlisting the required details of customers according to the agreed criteria.
4:- Do the listing of the products.
