1. Data Entry Specialist
Ropstam is looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist (Remote) with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage large volumes of data.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and entering data in our databases and maintaining accurate records of company information.
- Handling and maintaining data across multiple systems and websites.
- Analysis of data and preparing reports as required.
- Using advanced Excel features to improve data handling.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks assigned as needed by the team.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines with high accuracy.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Bachelors.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data entry.
- Advanced MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, data validation, macros, power queries, automation; Excel certification is a plus)
- Experience with data management software such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and/or Airtable.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to new software and tools.
- Efficient time management, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

EST hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
Complete 40 hours every week.
