Job Description
Cloudpital Software is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our Lahore office. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that we build and maintain a productive, happy, and healthy workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and grievances.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and provide support for improvement and development.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Support the implementation of development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address any related queries.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Organizational Development:
- Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives.
- Support change management processes and organizational restructuring efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
