1. Finance & Admin Assistant
A national NGO is urgently required Finance and Admin Assistant of its project “Supporting Elected Representatives and Local Government Officials to Enhance Local Revenue Generation Capacities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tehsil Municipalities
The finance & Admin assistant will support manager finance and grants in his work, will be responsible for preparation and posting of vouchers in the accounting software, finance record keeping and reporting to manager finance and grants. He/she will be responsible for administrative arrangements for project activities at tehsils level as well as at provincial level.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualification: Bachelor in accounting, B. Com, BBA
Experience: 2 years’ experience as Finance & Logistics Assistant in a national or international level NGOs.
Technical Competencies:
- Vouchers preparation and posting.
- Provide support in financial reporting
- Understanding of variance reporting.
- Time Management
- Financial Reporting.
- Understanding of budget utilization.

REGULAR DUIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain all financial systems for the office and ensure full compliance with Pak Women financial Procedures.
- Manage all bank payments.
- Preparation of BRV, BPV & JV’s.
- Updating bank ledgers and keep update all bank account and provide all bank account balance on weekly basis to Manger finance & Grants.
- Preparation of bank reconciliation at the end of each month and when required.
- Keep update Assets register, Vehicle Insurance advance, Security advances and rent advance ledger.
- Provide support in withdrawals from bank, and transferring of fund to field offices.
- Supporting in preparation of monthly financial report.
- Record and monitor all bank and cash transactions in financial software.
- Maintaining of all project variance report.
- Travel to field as per requirement.
- Updating the finance filing system.
- Handle administrative tasks, office management, and logistics.
- Facilitates the communications and workflow of the organizational unit to enhance the efficiency and timeliness of operations and outputs.
- Manages incoming and outgoing correspondence, e-mails and telephone calls.
- Any task assigned by supervise. ANY OTHER FACTORS:
Use of PC/Laptop, internet, attend emergency meetings, trainings, workshops, seminars, visit to other areas, exposure visits etc.

2. Quality Officer
Normeca International AS invites “Quality Officer” to work in connection with the launch of our project in Pakistan “Mobile Multi Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital” under the management of the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) and in cooperation with the Government in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The clinics will cover general diagnostic and minor surgical procedures, and they are all located in large mobile trailers. The clinics are fully equipped with modern medical equipment and ancillary units such as kitchen, laundry, dining room, conference rooms, etc. The Clinics are operating in KPK and Sindh Regions.
Normeca International AS is seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Officer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) operating in the rural areas of Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and following up on the MMUs’ services and operations in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the MMUs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of MMU operations, patient care, and staff performance.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement in MMU services.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives for the MMUs.
- Provide training and education to MMU staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and complaints in the field.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities and findings related to the MMUs.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in healthcare quality standards and regulations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety within the MMUs

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, quality management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Officer or in a similar quality assurance role in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in non-standard conditions in rural areas and travel to various field locations.
