1. Finance Exectuive

Developing a budget in line with the approved business plan;
Preparing budget variance analysis at regular intervals;
Providinng timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends;
Liaison with department managers on financial issues impacting departmental and company budgets;
Assist operations team in carrying out appraisals of investment proposals;
Manage contractual arrangements and ensure timely payments to the business partners and vendors.


Accounting & Reporting:

  • Maintain books of accounts and record keeping in compliance with the regulatory/accounting framework.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for all transactions
  • Oversee monthly/quarterly financial closing
  • Maintains reporting of Fixed Assets in the system (Depreciation, reconciliation)
  • Oversees Payroll disbursement and incorporation of the same into the system on monthly basis
  • Ensure all banks are reconciled on monthly basis
  • Supervises team in preparing budget vs actual spend reports on a monthly basis along with variance analysis
  • Liaison with the tax advisors to ensure withholding tax statements and annual tax return of the company are prepared and submitted in a timely manner
  • Support employees with provident fund withdrawal requests by ensuring they abide by the provident fund rules and policies
  • Ensure Accounting books are being maintained in accordance with the rules and guidelines
  • Keep abreast of new accounting regulations
  • System Management
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures;
  • Implement and manage Excel based accounting system and have knowledge of managing advanced Excel.
  • Candidate Profile:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in finance and accounting OR Chartered Accountant OR ACCA/ACMA Part qualified OR related discipline from a reputable international or Pakistani institution.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.


Technical Skills

  1. Excellent Analytical and report-writing skills required
  2. Good command over IAS/IFRS
  3. Proficiency in MS. Office
  4. Working knowledge of finance and accounting software (Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics)
  5. Advanced level understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts & MS Excel
  6. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 – Rs65,000.00 per month

2.Assistant Finance Manager

Recording cash, bank and events transactions. Keep accurate records for all daily transactions. Prepare balance sheets

  • · Tracking of gift vouchers and maintaining record.
  • · Birthday’s and events cash collections and deposits.
  • · Liaison with the suppliers and contractors for payment related issues.
  • · Ensure all incoming cheques are deposited in a timely manner.
  • · Taking care of all the bills and rent payment and recording the respective transactions.
  • · Carrying out the final salary settlements and issuing the salary cheques.
  • · Any other duty assigned by the HOD/Management.
