We are looking for a skilled New Generalist with experience in writing stories and current news to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write informative and engaging news stories and articles on current events and trending topics.
- Conduct thorough research on the latest news, ensuring accuracy and relevance in your content.
- Produce high-quality written content, including breaking news, feature stories, and in-depth reports.
- Collaborate with multimedia teams to integrate text with images, videos, and infographics, enhancing the overall presentation of news stories.
- Regularly update existing content to reflect new information and developments.
- Collaborate with editors, reporters, and other team members to enhance content quality and align with editorial guidelines.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in news content writing, with a focus on creating stories and reporting on current events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with social media platforms and their use in promoting and engaging with news content is an advantage.

Requirements
- Have 1 to 2 years of full-time content writing experience especially in Travel, Flight Reservation niche.
- Exceptional reading, writing, and speaking skills in the English Language.
- Must be able to write on most technical topics comprehensively and conclusively.
- Must make little to no grammar mistakes.
- Exceptional research skills. Must know what credible sources are and how to find them. Must be willing to learn and improve.
