About the Role
We’re hiring a full-time Math Researcher/Trainer. As a Math Researcher/Trainer, you’ll be a key player in improving math education in elementary and middle schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for teachers.
- Facilitate and lead training sessions.
- Create and record video tutorials for educational purposes.
- Assist the research team in curriculum development activities, contributing insights and feedback to enhance educational content.
Qualifications and Skills
- Passion for Math: Show your love for math and inspire others.
- Education Background: Preferably a BS or MS degree in mathematics, education, or a related field.
- Teaching Experience: Previous teaching experience of at least 6 months is mandatory.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Pakistan occasionally.
- Continuous Learner: Stay updated on the latest in math education through reading and learning.
- Good Communication & English Speaking Skills.

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer with expertise in Adobe InDesign and experience in book or publication design. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, outstanding design skills, and the ability to translate creative ideas into visually compelling layouts while adhering to brand guidelines. This role involves close collaboration with product and research teams to produce high-quality designs for both print and digital publications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and format books, including covers, interiors, and related marketing material.
- Develop and apply consistent and attractive layout for print and digital publications.
- Utilize Adobe InDesign to create, edit, and finalize designs, ensuring high-quality output and print-ready files.
- Work closely with the product and research teams and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- Maintain and uphold brand standards across all designs, ensuring consistency with the company’s visual identity.
- Prepare and review final files for print and digital distribution, working with printers and other vendors as needed.
- Stay current with design trends and best practices to continuously bring fresh ideas to projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on book or publication design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, along with experience in other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- A compelling portfolio showcasing book design work and other relevant projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce polished and precise work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
