1. Receptionist

- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage scheduling for meeting rooms and events
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Organize the reception area while complying with firm procedures, rules, and regulations

- Experience in a similar role.

2. Assistant Store
Material receiving, material issuance, managing proper documentation. Traceability record management of dispatched material. Dispatch of material as per daily demand. Proper checking on vehicle loading and unloading and managing documentation.
Inventory management like FIFO etc.
Stock management and placement of material as per health & safety protocol.
Any other task assigned by HOD.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in relavent field (store/warehouse management).
