We are looking for an experienced International Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in international calling within a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, with proficiency in Italian, German, or French being a strong advantage. This is a remote position with opportunities for monthly incentives and comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential international clients in the B2B sector to identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from our range of bearing products.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in training sessions to continually improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international calling within a B2B sales environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Italian, German, or French is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and convey them effectively to clients.

2. Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Customer Acquisition-Identify potential customers, approach new clients, and build relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Client Management-Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Sales Presentations-Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of the company’s products or services.
- Negotiation-Negotiate terms of sales agreements, pricing, and contracts to close deals.
- Market Research-Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, tracking sales performance against targets.
- Collaboration-Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback-Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
